Who here works out every day/most days of the week? I worked legs yesterday and shoulders/back/biceps today, not sure what to work tomorrow. I usually go every other day.

I only ran three miles today because I was going for speed, but tomorrow I think I might try to break through six miles / 10km. You should start at 6.7mph on the treadmill and just keep running until you vomit senpai.
I do ABC twice a week and rest Sundays.
A= Back, shoulders, and biceps
B= legs
C= chest and triceps.
As long as you are eating and resting enough you'll be fine
im making more progress taking more rest days desu
old routine: PPLxPPL, 6 days a week
new: monday push, wed pull, friday shoulders, sat legs
so 4 days but a day of rest after most workouts, cardio on days off. and I feel waaaaaaay better. I could do legs on my shoulder day but I like having them separate now.
