Sup /fit/ I injures my back yestersay doing cable rows, I originally injured it a few months ago doing barbell rows parallel to the ground when I felt a pulling on my back and I dropped the barbell and my lower trap was in pain. I thought it was a muscle strain or something so I left it and didn't do any rowing movements for a few weeks and I did some cable rows yesterday and it came back. It hurts the lowest part of the trap where it connects to the lat and I also kinda feel it inside a bit kinda feels like my lungs. Pls help
It also hurts when I slouch or don't sit with good posture

I had something similar doing deadlifts, its probably a nerve strain on the spinal bones.
Consult a doctor, it goes away after a while and proper treatment. It will probably take some sessions on the Chiropractor and the masseur.
If you want to be mentally retarded, go back to the gym and do exercises with half the weight, you'll feel stupid, but your back will thank you.
