From what I can tell from your weight and cb, you basically have none to take from already so it would take you about 2 weeks to regain your 'muscle mass' after the cut..
I would personally reccomend you to bulk at a 500 calorie surplus for 8 months following PHUL (Google it) Google proper form as well, eating 1g protein per lb body mass a day..
After you have done all this then do the cut I reccomended :)

chicken + broccoli + natural peanut butter

cottage cheese.

On a high carb day it remains the same, but you add rice/oats to each meal.
