> Supplementing with fish oils has been found to be entirely safe even for periods as long as 7 years and no significant adverse effects have been reported in hundreds of clinical trials using as much as 18 grams/day of fish oils. Fish oil supplementation does, however, lower blood concentrations of vitamin E so it is a good idea to take extra vitamin E when adding fish oils to your diet. A clinical trial carried out by the US Department of Agriculture found that taking 200 mg/day of synthetic vitamin E (equivalent to about 100 IU of natural alpha-tocopherol) is sufficient to completely counteract this effect of fish oil supplementation. Yes actually

Resting glucose levels are amazing and HDL and LDL levels are perfect.

The only supplement I take is fish oil and occasionally a D3.

did I say I only eat fruits and vegetables?

Also, Mr.VitaminExpert, can you even explain to me what an omega 3 carency does to your body without asking Google?

Thought so, now please be quiet
>>
>>35047650
Sure i can, i did my research on the subject months ago, before ever deciding to start taking it.

>without asking google
did you mean right this very second because you asked me? because im sorry but at some point i did use google, as the information was not passed down to me genetically.

in short, aside from lowering LDL cholesterol and triglycerides levels, omega 3's compete with omega 6 fats for the same place in the cell, while omega 6 supports inflammation omega 3 is neutral.

i mostly take them for the inflammation reduction and i can honestly say its working.

>Thought so, now please be quiet

Please ask away, i've spent the past 3 months reading as much as i can find on various supplements and vitamins, i've read so many trials and studies on ncbi i can open my own research center.
