25th of august I tore my muscles and tendons in my shoulders when benching.
Few weeks later I got surgery, which went well. I've healed for 2,5 months now. Started lifting again, but how do I proceed the best with this injury? How should I train?

150kg, which isn't a lot for me, but I suppose bad form coupled with a old shoulder injury did the trick... I've been two months on oxycodone, so I know it doesn't even look like I even lift...

Rehab style.
Light as fuck. Like no weight.
Volume as all hell. Like every fucking rep.
All possible variants of an exercise, different angles and ranges of motion and grips etc.
Take care.
Discomfort is ok in small doses. If the discomfort increases in intensity stop.

You should have been assigned a physiotherapist by your surgeon. Ask them. Not anon mcbroscience who hangs out down the local Bangladeshi boogie board fabricators Union!

pic is me today. No I have yet to pick up the needle. After loosing all this gains. I seriously consider roiding. like, why not.

Now this is me a couple weeks before the injury. only did stuff to aid in fat loss.
