If you go on Erowid though and read peoples' k hole reports, as crazy and unfathomable as they sound, i think they are almost certainly all possible.

Most of the experiences seem to involve some kind of out of body experience; this is because ketamine makes you lost contact / function over your body.

Well when you k hole I think you just cant move your body at all, cant see anything, etc, except for all the crazy shit going on.

i dont think so. not at all. when i say work your way up to, i mean via working sets. first couple paused dl i did were around 400 lbs. over a few sessions (like 5 +) i worked up to around 550. that was a good spot to limit them.

i've done them in the past. i think i stuck around 60% but they were never ridiculously hard so i think getting to ~70% is feasible (for reps)
