Depends on how tall you are, if you are a manlet your traps will become massive from deadlifting alone. Power cleans grow them like mad aswell together with your forearms.

If you are a lanklet then you are out of luck unless you want to do sterons.

What's rep range is best for traps. I usually do shrugs for 8-12 reps and I'm not feeling them when I do shrugs and I'm not seeing any growth in my traps.
