It's been about two years working these assholes and I cant get no progress.
My triceps are leaving them so far behind it's ridiculous.
I can't feel perfecty when doing them if I'm genuinely hitting properly. Obviously I'm not but you know what i mean.

I found shadow boxing for back of shoulders and heqvy bag for front works well for general endurance and definition. Maybe worth a shot? Or be a real fitizen and start blasting roids
