saw a thread on sleep but missed it

i know sleep deprivation is bad for your health blah blah blah, but what about in terms of fitness? i haven't been noticing gains (think I'm gaining weight) and i feel shitty all around. but college aint gonna pay for itself.

I have a major problem over sleeping. It doesn't matter if I go to bed at 9:30pm or 3:00am, my body only naturally wants to wake up about 9am. I have to be awake at 6:00am for work and i always feel like shit. If I don't have work, I'll unconsciously hit the snooze till I wake up on my own about 9am.
