I kinda have the same thing.. I'm 25 used to be HORNY AS FUCK when I was like 16-23... Lately my libido is fucking shit for some reason... I fucking hate it, especially because I don't have a clue what's causing this. It started with some dick problems...is also not as hard as it should be. I had thrombosis a few years ago, can it be something physical?

Might not be your thing but get a hold of viagra from a darknetmarket or your dealer. I had low libido and popped one. For nearly a few weeks I had rock hard erections and was able to go multiple times. It did wear off though but is a short term solution OP
