How do i get a better grip? I can't progress on my deadlifts because my weak forearms/shitty grip strength.
Farmers walk. Hold the barebell at the top of deadlifts or do some heavy shoulder shrugs.

Open hand and closed hand is thick bar work v gripping towels or straps
Crushing or pinching is between fingers and palm and using the finger flexor muscles for crushing, or using the thumb between fingers or palm. So an open hand pinch might be a hub lift.
1 rm and endurance is heavy dynamic weight like rack pulls or grippers v long holds like farmers walks.
Thinking about it doing a related exercise with one variable changed helps, so thick bar dl, hub or rolling handle deadlifts, and farmers walks will all help strengthen that grip.
