Sublingual VitD (stay indoors a lot studying)

Creatine

Garlic

Fish oil, 2g daily, omega3 only.

BCAA 10mg and Beta-alinine possible caffeine preworkout.

Whey/Casein blend usually post workout but timing not important.

Considering trying lecithin and pygeum again for cum gains but unsure how worth it was before.

Anyone ever see if lecithin can emulsify coconut oil? Curious if I can combine it with my whey, hate to add more pills if can be avoided.

Also

enjoy your calcified arteries and pituitary glands idiots.
>>34914697
>taking vitamin K supplements when a bite of any green vegetable gives you 100000% of your DV

>he thinks vitamin K and K2 do the same thing
>he thinks vitamin K can be easily converted into K2 and absorbed by the body

nah bro, K1 and K2 do different things, and unless you eat massive amounts of kale or spinach on a daily basis you are deficient and its a bad idea to take D3 without upping K2 because D3 increases calcium absorption and without K2 you gonna get calcium in places you're not suppose to have it.
>>
>>34912330
Just fish oil and multivitamins.
>>
>>34917580

Holy shit and I didnt think so many Idiots on fit fell for so many supplement memes. Guess most of you are as dumb as redditors
>>
>>34918907
K2 is mostly in egg, meat and dairy, those things are the mainstay of my diet.

I take vitamins because fruits and veggies aren't palatable to me, can have lots of sugar in them, and give me horrible shits. Plus some vitamins to get enough you'd have to eat a lot of them not just a serving here or there.
>>
>>34912330
Orange triad
Fish oil
Creatine
Citrulline malate
Beta alanine

you should be doing that
>>
>>34919517
Found the dyel
>>
>>34919517
zinc, magnesium, b6, melatonin

all improve sleep, so worst case scenario that is the only benefit to taking them

however magnesium also helps with anxiety, which is pretty cool
>>
>>34920323
They do give me bad shits, nothing I can do about it. Are you going to keep eating something that gives you watery diarrhea? Probably lose tons of water and nutrients that way.
>>
>>34920503

You keep eating it until your body stops being shitty and learns how to digest food properly. You probably have no fiber-eating bacteria in your gut because all you eat is meat and eggs. You could try some probiotics.
>>
>>34920503
>>34920534
More likely something like Crohns.

Get checked out diarrheanon
>>
>>34920545
>diarrheanon
lmao
>>
>>34920534
I have been seeing a doctor, currently recommended I avoid those foods, and take a bulk-forming non-fermentable fibre pill. I used to be able to eat them until one day I just got horrible pain and diarrhea and then I couldn't anymore, probably why I don't care for their taste now, I'm conditioned against it.

Had a colonoscopy and all. Trying to keep my frucose down also, considering replacing my table sugar with glucose (sold as dextrose).

Diagnosed with IBS (a diagnosis of excluding other possibilities).
>>
>>34912330
Glucosamine with msm
Fish oil
That's it. Probably going to pick up some more vitamin shits next time I go to costco. With winter coming up I'll need some D
>>
>>34920560

>my doctor told me not to eat fruits and vegetables

Even the website for IBS says to get your 5-a-day, but just avoid gassy vegetables like broccoli and cabbage

http://www.theibsnetwork.org/the-self-care-plan/diet/so-what-can-i-eat-the-eatwell-plate/fruit-and-vegetables/

Your gut may be fucked but if you don't eat any fruits or vegetables you'll be even more fucked
>>
>>34920625
It depends, if those things are your triggers or not, everyone with IBS is different, there are different pathologies, some peoppe get it from anxiety, others due to flora problem, others specific triggers in their diet. Its not really a specific diagnosis at all.
>>
>whey
>multivitamin
>fish oil
>>
>>34920609
I'll give you some D
