So I dropped a bunch of weight by lifting and dieting and have regained most of it back by a binge eating problem the past month... Getting somewhat depressed holding the smaller typical instagram "gym girl" bodies as my ideal. I'm struggling to find any larger/more muscular but not huge chicks with a decent amount of muscle (and not too ripped) as something that's a more attainable goal (that doesn't require me being at a huge deficit) to stalk/put up on my goal wall, as a stepping stone

I understand it takes a lot more hard work in the gym. The working out part isn't what I struggle with. The dieting is. I'm obviously going to be more disciplined with diet, but not fucking eat less than 1500cals/day

your pretty much screwed if you need "motivation". getting bigger should be ingrained in your brain. every decision you make should require reflection of your time in the gym and if you will be able to make it to the gym that night, will you be tired to finish an entire set or just 3/4, should you go when is empty or is filled with the 9-5'ers.

Thick, solid, tight. Maybe your diet is too harsh and that causes binge eating. Google flexible dieting and iifym. Seriously, I would imagine your maintenance calories, with a lot of exercises, are 1800-2000. You can fit a lot of stuff into that.
