First diet went good, 215 to 178 lbs. Got a gf and fucked up lifting and diet. Broke up 10 months later, not even worth it.

I won't fail this time. Lost about 10 lbs again. Skinnyfat on the fat side so gonna bulk till mid april before cutting this time.

Jogging is fine but your joints might not enjoy it at that weight. Don't do it if it's painful.
Just eat less. 50 crunches and some jogging won't do shit if you keep eating 5k calories a day.

I'm down from 294, on diet alone. I've stopped losing significant weight since early October, i figure this is my time to transition to physical fitness rather than just nutritional.

Invest in a barbell first m8. Get about 200lbs worth of plates on the first go. You can get used ones from gyms for a decent price. Then keep getting more as you go.

You can get dumbbells later.
