Dragon flags, weighted crunches on a decline, hanging crunches, hanging front lever, headstands, handstands, holding hollow body position, v-sit.
Ab roller is good too.
Don't be the idiot who does all of these, or has an ab day, or does abs after every workout. Just work core once or twice a week after your main work for the day. You need to lose weight for abs to show, but developed abs look a hell of a lot better than untrained ones.

Related question, how do I do hanging leg/knee raises without swinging around everywhere? It reduces the swinging if I do them slower, but my grip strength always gives out way before my abs do. I'd need to do like 3x20+ reps to feel anything, and it's really hard for me to hang on for even 15 slow reps.

Build core strength, you are swinging because you are weak and cannot control your body movement. Start with a less advanced exercise and work your way up.

Stop using your hip flexors by tightening your ass throughout. Also are your armpits tight locking the shoulder into the capsule.
Try 5second up 5 second down tempo. to increase time under tension.
The grip strength work indicates that you have not done the requisite neuromuscular work. go get some captains of crush grippers and do some deadlifts.

This. Get you one of those big inflatable balls, and plank on it. Roll it around with your elbows, front to back, side to side, make circles, etc.
