Im drinking this everyday for breakfast since its
a combination of both fast and slow digested components.

1 teaspoon cocoa (either half-dutched or "special dark blend" are my recommendations)

makes even the cheapest of powders taste better than ON double-rich.... so you can shop purely for macros.

for bulking
3scoop
1.5 banana (feed the other half to your twinky boyfriend, obvi)
as much peanut butter as you can personally handle.
2tbsp ground flaxseed for dem good fats.
honey
nonfat greek yogurt (if you're into that, otherwise just more brotein)
1tbsp psyllium husk (you can do more if you want, it just gets a weird texture if you add too much... if you don't mind that the more the better)

pretty balanced as far as fats and proteins are concerned.... a little bit light on the carbs, but i prefer it that way anyways.
