If you have problems with your dick, are jerking off to more and more extreme porn or have crippling anxiety nofap will help you.

I personally did nofap a few years ago and had a 100 day streak followed by a couple of 30 day streaks. It helped me kick my porn addiction and gave me more confidence while I'm fucking.

I don't do nofap anymore though, I fap once a week and don't watch porn. I find not fapping at all is too much and given that I don't have any issues that nofap is useful for (porn addiction, broken dick) I don't see the point. Not getting a release ever is just too much, I end up thinking about sex all the time and my dick and balls physically ache.

Nofap is a great way to reverse the damage too much porn use and jerking off too much can cause, but for your normal dude it's not necessary.

tried nofap for a month and my lift after first 5 days went shit. fapping every 5-7 days is really good for lift gains at least for me. noporn + fap every 5-7 helps a lot with social interaction but not much with lifts.
