Oh yeah, I'm already on all of that. Goal body is like a toned down version of Nicki Minaj.
For legs I do lunges, squats, leg presses, deadlifts, some kettle bell shit etc. All bread and butter leg stuff. End with either stairs or rowing. Start with bike or incline running. Do legs twice a week, and then arms/back on the other days.
Oh also always do like 15 mins of core at the end of every workout.
Idk, my friend is a gym rat so he's really been helping me a lot.

Tbh half of it was with no effort. I work pretty much outside doing manual labor. During the hotter time of the year I would be so tired and exhausted I wouldn't eat dinner when I got home. So I kept eating big breakfeast a and lunches. I guess it out me in a good weight loss range. For the past 30-40 lbs though I have been counting calories, losing around 2 lbs a week.
