Hey /fit/ didn't realy know where else to go for this but do you know ways to max hgh, through routines or foods or avoiding certain foods. I'm 18 and hit puberty pretty late so I'm still growing but I'm afraid I'll never make it out of manlet mode cause I used to eat such a shit diet. I've also heard maxing hgh can help increase gains. Any advice and if there isn't any way how do you make being a manlet less obvious.

Do you have to be spoonfed everything? I don't have a personal concern for growing taller and I didn't write the paper, so are you asking me to do more than skimming for you because you can't be arsed? You won't make it with this mindset kiddo.
My skimming tells me going 24 hours with zero caloric intake every now and then seems reasonable, and make the end of that period your sleep (i.e. have a good breakfast, then eat nothing until breakfast next day). Eat like a monster when you do eat so that you won't have any nutritional deficiency.
The article also states that circulating glucose is a GH inhibitor, so eat keto to have that base covered too. It will also make fasting easier.
