Hi /fit/ this is my first time posting on this board. I think the subject pretty much explains it I'm a skinny guy ( 5'8" and weight is 141 lbs) trying to gain a bit of weight and get more toned I'm going to the gym 3 times a week and want to know if you guys have any tips for me it can be anything from good foods to eat to tips on how to do the exercises at the gym like how many sets or reps should I do etc... Basically any tips that will help me reach my goal faster that you might have are good thank you very much in advance. Pic related is sort of how I'd like my body to look if that helps.

hmmm i'd say he looks pretty toned I don't wanna get huge really that's why i put that pic there but my body doesn't look as good as his he looks fit i have sort of a skinny nerd body I knew i'd get shit from the douchebags on this board who wanna look like brainless rugby players thoo

That guy doesn't look like he does any form of exercise. Abs like that can show up on anybody if they have low enough bodyfat.

What is going on here? I may be dyel but I'm bigger than the guy in the pic and only 120lbs at 5'8, how is op both skinny (low bf%) and smaller than this guy at 141? Do I just have hollow bones,?
