i am a real obsessive controlling dude and one of my main obsessions is my health so i like to think i eat perfectly.

that said, an example of my intake is

breakfast: sprouted almond butter mixed with 1/2 scoop (10g) goat whey protein on a collard green leaf with banana or cucumber slices
some sort of roasted veggies (cauliflower, squash, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots are common ones) with hummus or salsa

lunch: two sprouted corn tortillas with avocado and tuna, spring greens or carrots on the side with a bit of oil and vinegar or pesto

dinner: big ginger-beet-broccoli-kale salad with some kind of vinagrette, few ozs of some chicken breast or salmon

usually a raw vegan protein bar with a glass of almond milk as a sort of dessert

i love eating healthy clean foods but sometimes crave junk, if i do have such a craving (once every few weeks) and really want to act on it, i just try to make sure that even if its high fat or high carb, it isnt processed or full of eggs/dairy/trans fats/other inflammatory ingredients

so if i really crave a burger i go to some organic burger joint instead of mcdonalds basically

i count calories out of habit/my need for control, but i generally consume 1500-1800 without thinking about it

I eat whatever's cheap and available but I watch my calories and if I take in too much I'll purge.

Usually I skip breakfast, eat a pack of those peanut butter crackers from the gas station for lunch, and then whatever I want for dinner.

Pro tip: I was one of those "I can eat whatever and not gain weight" guys but that stopped around age 23. I would really recommend learning to cook healthy for yourself and getting into a good exercise habit while you're still skinny.

I tend to eat a lot of fruit, I'm not crazy about leafy greens so I'll usually incorporate a lot of spinach and kale or something like that in my morning smoothie, it works nicely to mask their shit flavor. I tend to snack on nuts throughout the day. Breakfast is usually a vegetarian meal, lunch too. Dinner is usually when I'll eat meat if I ever do, and that excludes red meat.

I don't count calories really, I'm 6'4" and nowadays weigh from 156-160 lbs and it never changes. I seem to get by pretty decently, don't feel lethargic or weak or anything like that.

I'm male and have been on a sub-1000 calorie diet for the last three weeks, I also run 5-7km a day which probably burns around 300, so I reckon I rarely have a net intake of over 700.

I skip breakfast, have a 200-300 calorie lunch, usually just a small sandwich (might start replacing this with 150g of chicken), and a 500-600 calorie dinner, which is usually something like vegetable chili or chicken casserole, and pasta maybe once a week. Otherwise I try to avoid carbs, i.e. no rice with chili or potatoes with casserole. I usually end up with 100 calories as a safety margin but I drink a lot of coffee (milk but no sugar) and sugar free soft drinks, so that probably makes up most of that 100.

It's fucking terrible. I can't explain how much I just want to eat a cheeseburger or just a bowl of fucking mayonnaise, but I go out drinking beer maybe once a week so I don't want to incorporate any "cheat days" with food on top. Need to lose another 8lbs or so which should hopefully only take a month. I'm trying to get my running up to the standard where I can run like 10 miles a day, that burns like 1000 calories so I can eat normally again at that point.

water and I try to at least eat something. I'm really into buddy fruit: fruit breaks. I love the "kids" version too. I might toast a waffle and have it with nutella or something, or like a handful of pretzels. Kashi bars are good too. if i don't have work or school 98% of the time i'll sleep past it

Random shit from food court or cafeteria. Same thing can apply for dinner. I'll just eat whatever I feel like or have whatever was made for dinner that night.
