But as a chef here's what I'll answer with hair.

Diet doesn't have that much of an effect on what your genetics dictate. Meaning if you have thin straggly hair you'll always have it.
However to keep hair healthy diet wise eat fats. Nuts and seeds especially as they promote hormone production as well as good fats.
But to be honest it won't be as noticeable as how you manage your hair.
Hair is dead once outside the body, diet won't really effect it, but you can use certain foods to maintain it.

Washing your hair in beer helps.
But if you can stand the smell all through Central Asia women wash their hair in sour milk and their hair is outrageously beautiful.
There are hairdressers that post hair, if you wait for them to post they'll give you actual professional advice, as daily Care and management does more than diet.

Have you considered dieteray supplements that help with hair growth? My personnal faves are Natrol Biotin Maximum Strengh and PHYTO PHYTOPHANÈRE. They're both on amazon.

Try switching your shampoo to one that doesn't contain any sulfates and reduce how often you wash your hair. It needs does nice and good oils your scalp produces.

That's my hair and it takes no longer than 10 minutes to do
What I do:
1. Take a shower every day but only shampoo every 3 days (conditioner on the first day)
2. Use a towel to dry until damp
3. Run strong hold putty through hair with fingers until there is no more on your fingers
4. Comb hair into the position you want
5. Brush hair until the putty softens in your hair
6. U r dun
I had let the top grow out to the tip of my nozs and the sides buzzed to a 2. I also bleached some highlights in it if you want that exactly.
