6' 145lbs here, and I fucking hate it :(

eating 3k+ cal a day is a big challenge for me, and this son of a bitch high metabolism fucks me up hugely everytime I workout. but yeah, the real nightmare is summer, the time our bodies are going to be exposed the most and I, as always going to be self-conscious at every second.
