Even though Bateman is dope, i still prefer Paul Allens looks.
You... kinda actually posted it as I will be working in the business sector.
How do I achieve this?
I don't know color, style, where to cop for cheap, what goes with what...
I read the sticky site through and through. Posted in a thread and was called a menswear pleb so I think I fucked up somewhere
Thank you for the encouragement.
But seriously give me some help man.
Belt and shoes match, But beyond that idk.
what colors complement each other so I don't roll it nothing but greys, whites and blacks.
does my hair, skin and eyes make that huge of a drastic change on my usable palette
i have been losing weight but I'm still heavyset and technically by /fa/ standards a 2/10 manlet (5.11 btw)
Pic is me hiking a week or two ago.
Read me again.
You don't because it takes more than a haircut and a tie to look like that.
What does it take than?
so far I've lost 30 lbs
Improved my skin
landed the job
got a better haircut
groomed my facial hair
Not trying to look like Bateman per se, trying to look good in business attire. Trying to develop the style so I don't look like a snuck at work.
Again a business style that incorporates some color
what others are telling you is correct
you cannot into fashionable without first identifying and nurturing your own personal brand including aesthetic interests and opinions
this is a multi-year process at a minimum and many who attempt will likely fail (because they have plebeian taste)
but shortcut because i think you probably just want "cool rich guy" formalwear outfits
check out suitsupply
My fear is that I have pleb tastes. I don't know how to cultivate a good sense of it. Sadly affecting my own personal aesthetics in a negative light.
I don't care for the rich white kid look I simply want to look good in business clothes as this is my first 'grown up' job.
But I will check out suitsupply. Where can I learn about color combos more?
how do i become postboy piccolo
i know he's green but he looks cool as fuck
Remember that scene where he explains how "Hip to be Square" is a song so catchy that most people probably don't listen to the lyrics?
Well he kills Paul Allen and lights a cigar right after.
Somewhere in between sportsgoth, art deco, and formal shit.
best experience I've had with an embedded link this week.
As much as I love your picture and am grateful for your concern. I would be making after taxes about 45k plus benefit. Which is pretty sweet straight outta college (dade city, fl median income here is 29k).
But as I stated I don't wanna look like a jackass at work. So I'm trying to get some insight on how to grow my business clothes style
