Are there other types of hats besides baseball caps and fedoras?

All brimmed hats are going to get you called out as a le classy gentleman here and looked at funny everywhere else. Baseball caps and beanies are pretty much the only thing a guy can wear these days, and even then the acceptable beanies and baseball caps are pretty rare.

I own a beret because I like them, but I felt way too pretentious and self-conscious wearing it, so I stopped.

I mean, I got compliments, but people who wear fedoras probably get half-hearted compliments, too.

I sort of want to wear a hat because my hair is awful but 2 things
1) I dont have the confidence to pull off anything outside of a baseball cap
2) Baseball caps make my head feel hot and itchy and I constantly feel the need to scratch when wearing one
