The best thing you can do is to cut back on shampooing, and when you do shampoo, do not use a lot and use conditioner afterwards. Your hair will become a hell of a lot more manageable. I used to shampoo 1/week. Now that I workout 3x/week, I shampoo LIGHTLY after each workout and that is it.

Also, get a blow dryer.

Beards, left alone, usually won't look great at that length. If you shampoo it, and invest in some beard wax, you'll get a much softer, less pube-y look.

As for the hair. Really, all you can do is grow it out. From a buzz, that's about a year's worth of hair, give or take.
If you've never had long hair, well, it's more of a pain than you might think. But if you really want that look, then go for it, but you'll need some serious will power to get there, because from a medium length, there are about 5 separate awkward phases you'll have to power through to get there.

Just get it cut. Spend some real money (60$+) on it. I mean, you wouldn't hesitate to spend that on a piece of clothing; and you wear your hair EVERYDAY.

But really, either post your actual face or ask the stylist what would fit you, because we can't do anything with a badly lit picture of your forehead and the top of your hair.

It isn't about the actual cut, at this point.
I'm willing to bet you don't know much about styling hair, and you just wear the way it turns out when you get out of the shower.

I'd invest in some products (wax, gel, mousse, hairspray) , a blow dryer and work on learning to wear it different ways once it's up. It takes a little while to get good at that, you know? The only thing I'd do with a cut would be to take some off the sides. I mean, either grow it long enough to tuck behind your ears or get it taken up above the ears but don't just let it hang.

What is wrong with my hair, they wont fold back even if im trying to fold them with gel/vax and helping with a comb. The only place where i manage to fold them is under the shower, but when my hair dryes, they just stretch up. My hair is about 10cm long.

What do /fa/ wavy, curly frizzy hair on top, frizy straight hair on the sides. Looks okay is short but then slowly grows into a Jew fro.
