Skinny jeans are already going out of style. NS are fine. If you want them tapered a bit more, get them tapered a bit more. Personally that's how I like my jeans, slim but somewhat relaxed/slouchy around the hips/thighs with an aggressive taper from the knee down.

t shirt is strictly the cut of the shirt. It's v-neck or crewneck with no buttons or anything. Tees can be short or long sleeve.

That said, you can button top button or not, but if you don't, unbutton the 2nd button too or it just looks forced business casual.

You can cuff the sleeves (looks better, though I'd never do a short sleeve button up anyway) by just finding the hem seam and flipping the edge back. Make sure you do it all the way around, then do it again.

I own a pair and they're pretty nice, especially for the price. Only real complaint is that if you plan on being on your feet for more than 4ish hours, you might want to get some gel inserts. Sizing is a little questionable; I sized down a half/full size. Obviously not really that good for rainy/snowy weather, but otherwise they're great. I usually wear black trousers with a grey jumper over a white oxford for a clean casual look. Really depends on what look you're going for though. Are you going for a preppy/dadcore look or a goof look?

Can't speak specifically for Tres-bien since I've never ordered from them, but when ordering from overseas you'll get hit for import duties. Also depends on your state laws, for my state online orders don't get hit with taxes. I have heard in the past though that people that've ordered from Tres-bien have NOT been hit with duties due to the way they package it, though once again, not sure if that's still true or not.

$150 is crazy low for a suit. The only option I know in that price range would be H&M or maybe Zara. I have a navy blue linen suit from H&M and though I rarely wear the pants, the jacket is great for casual wear and fits well.

When looking at a jacket, go by the width of your shoulders. That's what needs to fit, everything else can be adjusted. If you have no idea what size your shoulders are, go to a fancy place like Lord & Taylor and spend a few hours with a store assistant trying on jackets. You can walk out without buying anything, and still know what size your shoulders are and how a jacket should fit.
Even if you do though, it's not always perfect. Sometimes a 38 fits perfectly, sometimes 36, occasionally 40.
If you do H&M, unless you're really tall the sleeves will probably be long, as will the legs of the pants. (pants don't need as much thought as jackets, just make sure they fit well around the waist I guess but everything can be tailored.)

Once you've bought the suit, unless it fits perfectly, find a dry cleaner near you that does alterations. Go in, and wear the shoes that you're going to be wearing so they know exactly how long to hem the pants. You can ask them to taper the pants too, just make sure that any adjustment you want done is measured on you.

Sounds like you'd like Jackthreads though, I haven't bought any button ups from them so I can't vouch for quality on that end, but it's a great website

H&M also has some low quality collared shirts; low quality in that the fabric is thin and kind of papery, while oxford cloth is a little thicker and has texture to it. Their sizing is weird so you might want to go in-store and try them on, or just size down

Also, it's just a small distinction in case you don't know but button-up and button-down are different. Button-up just means that there are buttons all the way up, like any dress shirt. Button-down specifically means that there's small buttons to button down the collar, but is otherwise the exact same as a button-up. Button-downs are typically more casual and worn without ties, but it doesn't really matter.
