Can someone recommend me a nice looking parka for Canadian winters? I have the westmoorland gilet, transport jacket in olive, and the bedale in Brown.

I'd recommend bedale or beaufort. I've had it in the past but grown out of it. Olive is your best bet but it never goes with red.
