All it is, is a short taper on the back and sides. That will take care of your flick problem! Just ask them to taper from their second to lowest setting all way up to the length of the top of your hair.

I get a 2 on the sides and back (it's grown out a little, it's probably like a 5 or 6 now) with the top all pretty much the same length and the front a little bit longer.
