Just get something practical. Fuck being fashionable in a downpour if you actually need to get somewhere and be dry.

People will suggest stuff like Stutterheim or Rains, but that's silly. Stutterheim makes a good looking luxe raincoat, but it's too pricey and you can't ride a bike in one.

Just get something like North Face, LL Bean, Columbia, etc. Get an outdoorsy jacket made for rain. I have a black LL Bean jacket that looks pretty decent and keeps me dry.
