got some Kenzo derbies recently. Been wearing them a bunch, getting some nice creasing and little scuffs. can't wait to polish em in a month

i used to own a pair of Postmans but i sized down by .5 and they were too snug. I think Postmans look really bad when they're too small too, so I had to get rid of them. I prefer them just a little oversized. If you have wide feet consider going tts

They look great but quality isn't up to par w/what you pay

yeah its really disappointing. i shoe tree them after every wear, wear them twice a week at most. just really shitty leather on em tbh
they still look good on foot, people tell me they like em all the time. but i wouldnt really recommend them to anyone after owning them.

it doesn't necessarily mean bad leather (though I wouldn't be surprised if it was bad), it's just something that tends to happen when you have that kind of wholecut design. the leather tends to crease more. and to some extent you just don't know how a shoe is going to crease because there are so many factors that play into it. two identical shoes will crease in totally different ways for two different people just because of subtle differences in fit and leather properties and so on.

postman's are not worth $200. pay no more than $100 if you can. you're getting comparable quality to CPs tho. i wouldn't pay over $150 for any CP product tho
