I just got a job at Jcrew and need to know what to where? They told me they don't have a specific dress code but that I had to casually dressed up but not too dressy.

Have a look at their website and dress in the same style their models are wearing. You're representing the brand, after all.
Blazer, shirt, dark jeans.

Pop into any Jcrew store, look at how the employees are dressed, do the same

They were all just dressed in some crappy white button up and the shittiest wash of denim jeans I've ever seen with the worst cut. And boots, the boots were good but it did not make up for the rest of the absolutely awful fit. I am not wanting to dress up to match up with the rest of the workers. I want to know what you all would picture as the best casually well dressed employee in your opinion would be as. I was thinking something along the lines of an Slp type of look but a little more toned down and not as rockstar like?
