it's just some raincoat, you really don't want to buy one of those for fashion reasons, they are uncomfortable as fuck to just wear around, the function is the only reason you'd use one
Rains and Stutterheim were memed like fucking crazy few years back here, but you never saw anyone post fits with them cause they realized it's not very suitable thing to wear unless it's really raining hard.
It was also funny to see all those Rains anoraks pop up in By/Sell threads
