Depends on where you go. I bring my nice stuff to my actual tailor, and I bring my cheap stuff to a dry cleaners. Also depends on what you get. I got a waist suppressed and the sleeves shortened on a linen blend suit coat for around $90 plus tip.

My good suit is bespoke, cost about 4k.

Other suits that I bought at a store were tailored at no extra fee when I had it purchased. Fit is obviously not as good as my bespoke suit but still looks fine

Depends on the company and the sizing. I recently picked up a couple of suits from Suitsupply and I only needed to pay for a hem job and getting the seat taken out a bit.
