How should I go about buying pants? Basically my waist fluctuates from 31-34 depending on the time of year, how much time I spend at the gym, if I'm trying to gain muscle mass, etc.

Buying shirts isn't a problem nor are jackets, but I don't know how to handle pants.

Already on that sir. Currently bulking right now, but when you gain a substantial amount of muscle some fat gain is inevitable. Need to buy new pants soon though
