I imagine itd be easier to get it made, buy a plain cap and take a .jpg to an embroidery place wouldnt be too expensive

just search for dad cap on the likes of ebay / depop, you can find them for dirt cheap if you don't mind waiting a couple weeks for shipping. you could also try making your own, there's plenty of tutorials on youtube and embroidery is simple enough to pick up if you take your time
