What weight should I be aiming for if I want to still look skinny in clothes but healthy at the same time? Ive always been skinny (5'7 male 110lbs at 20 yo). I don't wanna want to gain muscle. Should I just do cardio and eat more?

BMI 30.7 lol. I have a gut if I sit down, time to cut.

I'm still leaner than most men 50lbs lighter than me I reckon. 34 inch waist, I wear large shirts and taper the waist (though slim fit is pretty tight on me now).

samefag here, BMI is kinda meh and for most of us a hight to waist ratio is a much better measurement of health (especially for guys like me). But its fun to be reminded that I'm Obese on the BMI scale.
