Why would you suggest loose fitting, I tend to wear fitted tops and stay away from tight pants because they make me look miniscule so I just wear slim straight

Don't break yourself into layers. This means not cuffing your pants, wearing solid colours or vertical patterns e.g. donegal rather than plaid or stripes, having your socks be a similar colour to your pants, and not wearing contrasting belts. This will visually lengthen your body. Similarly, you can try wearing creased pants i.e. pressed chinos or micro-pattern pants, but you might look like an aging banker named Robert.

Try and get shoes with heels or thick soles- for the heels, you're looking at loafers rather than drivers, or chelseas rather than desert boots. If you dress more casually, sneakers like Adidas NMDs and Nike Roshes have pretty decent heels. This can add up to an inch to your height.

Get skinnier so that you look tall for your width and also to be /fa/

Finally, grow a beard or something even if it isn't your style because even if you're short you don't want to look young.
