3 colours is not 'too many', it's very very standard.
The problem is not too many colours, it's how aggressively the red and blue contrast each other.

maybe try comlpetely black shoes, light gray jeans your cdg shirt, black denim jacket (optional bc of shirt) and a sporty watch
