welcome to /fa/ newfag. for starters, blue shirt with blue denim doesn't look good. try something with a little more contrast when you're starting out. graphic tee's are for the most part pretty childish/fat american-core, for tee shirts try to stick to solid colors (try for less saturated colors than your shirt in this picture), maybe patterns later when you get a feel for what looks good. pocket tee's or henley's are a good choice too. shoes aren't exactly great but aren't the worst choice. the red makes them hard to pair with most things. in the future when buying sneakers go for something more minimal, white or black. jeans fit loose which is fine. many people are moving away from skinny jeans, slim is still a classic though. what is not fine is the wash on those jeans. get solid color black or blue jeans that don't have those "fake fades" on them. white socks can also be quite polarizing. although I personally like them, many people will tell you to go with no-show or black socks. would probably look better without the tuck or jeans rolled, honestly. these aren't "unfashionable" things to do but you will learn what outfits they work in and don't.

finally, and most importantly, on this board we ask all simple questions like this in fuccboi general thread. keeps the board from getting cluttered with a million "is ____ fa?" threads

the tshirt is to tightly tucked in to your jeans.
t-shirt could look weird in that color, try using a lighter color to contrast the jeans. MIGHT also work with another brighty colored shirt thats not blue.
