If you're good at it, yes.
If you're bad at it, also kind of yes if you get lucky with a few rolls.
duh, but only if you appreciate film for its aesthetic and feel and not because muh digital is bad

this
also only if you don't go round telling everyone how you shoot film, nobody gives a fuck and it makes you sound try hard
>>12678188
only if you develop and print your own shit.
>inb4 but color process is expensive

you'd think it is until you take a look at the average film photography enthusiast, they look a lot like op pic or worse
truly /fa photography is picking up whatever camera you can find, be it a shitty, 8 year old olympus digital or your dad's old film camera and having an interesting enough life or a good enough eye to take great photos of your surroundings. Daido Moriyama is the most effay photographer I can think of desu

/fa/ photographers are generally shitty photographers because they just use the camera as an accessory piece rather than a tool.
ugly, dumpy looking people like in OPs picture is a real photographer because they know they arent gonna be in pictures so fashion doesnt matter.

lol you can't fault anyone for not being able to do diy colour development
>>12679169
true, though I meant his style and attitude towards photography made him /fa
those fat, ugly photographers piss me off though, because their relative skill within the field is the first thing they've ever been given recognition for they act more arrogant than ever. Like, well done, you've managed to actually get a woman in your bedroom for the first time and all you had to do was show her your portfolio and pay her $100
