all these skinny fat videos are just skinny fat to muscular. How do I go from skinny fat to just regular skinny?
Right now i'm doing (early days)
eating 25% less than TDEE
low cardio
calisthenics day on day off (3-4 times a week)
eating clean
Is this enough? I don't really want to get muscular like a lot of advice givers say, I just want to be skinny. For reference, i'm 5ft 5, 20 and weight 8st 7lbs/54 kgs (close to underweight)
I'm only on my second week, and don't expect any sudden changes for a while of course, I just wanted to make sure i'm doing everythig right. I'm aiming for skinny /fa/, not bulky or muscular. Toned is okay

Just run a lot and eat a little better, thats literally it. I went from skinny fat to skinny in 3-4 months running ~25 miles a week at a solid pace and not eating garbage, its not hard in the slightest once you get in a groove
