Too shy, and a little self-conscious. I'm pretty lean, but my muscle tone isn't all there yet so I'm in this weird in-between phase. I'm okay with a tank-top at the beach though

Literally same here. Its suffering. The only way I could counter it is building muscle through bench press etc until it started to resemble pecs, tho its still a bit overly pronounced

I'm naturally skinny but have gyno, but also eat really poorly so have high bodyfat, but I also work out 7 days a week...

I don't take my shirt off because my body doesn't even know what the fuck it is anymore.

I guess I'm like builtfat now, but still slender in most areas.

Dunno, I actually look okay these days, but I've never seen another body quite like mine.
