Light blue shirt: bottle green, navy blue (the darker the better or it will look samey), purple, burgundy. If you are fair headed a tie with blues and yellows.
Light lavender shirt: gray and navy.
Light pink: navy and burgundy.
Ecru shirts: navy and mid blues.

I tried to point out the simplest combinations, use your own judgment, this is all depending on your skin tone and hair color. Add patterns for visual interest, be aware of formality. Read Fulsser's Dressing the Man for general remarks on how you should combine colors and patterns, and look for inspo that catches your eye. Also ties with texture can add a lot of interest to a more monotone outfit, so consider grenadine weave ties, raw silk, wool ect...
