What's iffing you is probably the face being so detached from the overall hair, we can see all your face and even the ears, then a long hair behind it as just background - looks kinda like a mullet, if you think about it.

Try doing it like me: tie that "ponytail" thing but leave a bit of the lower/side hair free, so it covers your ears and shoulders.

Btw, I just noticed you have some receding lines, so you oughta start considering styles that either embrace or hide it if it keeps going further.
There are some bald&long styles in some viking/RPG movies you might look up.
