Excluding the obvious shit in that pic like a toothbrush, I just have a basic Gillette Mach3 razor and shaving foam. For face cleansing I just use the Liz Earle range which consists of the hot facial cleanser, exfoliator, mask and tonic.

You only use two products a day which are the hot cloth facial cleanser and the tonic. The mask and exfoliator are once a week.
I don't think I need to use the tonic but I use it because I like the smell.

Have that razor. After that I just have a generic exfoliant and then I use soapy water for my face. I also have a lotion that has some sunscreen in it to protect from harmful uv rays
