I went to a loctician last week and i'm starting dreads with this two strand twist. it wasnt cheap and I'm worried my dreads are gonna be HUGE when they mature. The sections are 1 inch. anyone have loc advice. should I just start over and get them smaller?

Thinner locs are easier to style and therefore more "employable" than thicker. Buuut I find thicker locs suit men a lot better than thinner locs. Those parts do seem large though... How many do you have in total?

Yeah I would recommend getting them smaller. I think around 90 is good

Thinking of growing my hair out for dreads. Is the dread undercut still in? Like, will it look dumb if my sides are lowered but the top has dreads?
