Then do it nibba. Maybe even experiment with mascara and eyebrows (but not to the point where you look faggoty). Also I'd say avoid foundation since it'll make your skin look flatter and consequently even more boring

I would give anything to look boring. I hate instantly being the most conspicuous person in any given room.

Much of having an ugly face is having a "busy" face. Lots of crap on your face makes it less aesthetic.
For instance an asymmetrical face is more busy than a symmetrical face. An acne scarred face is more busy than a smooth, even face.
You will not become more attractive messing with your face in the way that I think you're hoping we will emotionally validate for you.
