not him but the appeal is to not get addicted or to end your addiction. Basically you can smoke like once a day without craving more. I'm a smoker and I smoke around a pack a day. I think op is trying to smoke something occasionally without getting addicted to nicotine, where you have to smoke a bunch a day to not go into bad withdrawal.
