any very popular japanese streetwear brand is a meme. defeats the whole purpose of jap streetwear.

I just bought two pairs of velcros and a $300 cav empt fleece

I literally have no other good pieces other than a few reigning champ and acne sweaters, W+H pants etc

Classy graphics, mainly, that aren't horrendous to look at, placed in pretty good places. That's about it. They're about the only two styles with that aesthetic that aren't mostly horrible to look at

I personally think velcroes are a fine buy. I'm not super familiar with cav empt quality but with a fleece you ideally want it to pay for itself by being warm as shit. I don't have many pieces myself but as long as your good at putting together a unique image and look then it shouldn't matter. When I say spend big on basics I mean things like good denim, flannels, warm and well fitted jackets. Make sure it always fits perfect too, and if it doesn't tailor it

Their new seasons lookbook seems much, much better than the previous season. I think I liked 2 items from the previous season, while I see a number of items from this upcoming season. I'll be buying this hoodie (my second one from them), and maybe that graphic spam jacket.
